Househunting #3

Seller wasn't willing to deal with us on the first house we put an offer in. We really weren't very disappointed. The more we thought about it, the more we kept thinking the house was really too small anyway. Perfect for now, but we'd have to move again in a few years. And since the #1 thing on our list is to not have to move again, all's well that ends well. Now we are looking at a fabulous old house with tons of space but that also needs some work. It is a short sale so we are looking into the details of how all that works. We've got some more research to do, but perhaps we'll be making our second offer soon. In the meantime, we're having fun looking!
