Newborn Essentials

Sophie is nursing so she doesn't need much besides diapers (although she has tons of clothes, accessories, toys, books, and all the other baby paraphernalia). But the two things that have really made our lives easier are Halo swaddle sleepsacks and the Moby wrap. I've used these with all our newborns, birthed and fostered, and they are wonderful. Babies sleep so much better swaddled up and with the Halo sleepsacks I don't have to mess with blankets coming undone. And the Moby wrap leaves my arms free for the big kids, while lulling baby right to sleep. Awesome. If you're having a baby, I really think you need these two things. :)
